D’Art Antiques and Books is a New Hampshire business located halfway between Portsmouth and Exeter on Route 33. Started in 1994 in an old barn, D’Art moved to its present location at 245 Portsmouth Avenue (Route 33) in 2019. Located upstairs in a new heated and air-conditioned space there are books, two and three dimensional artwork, small furniture and small antiques conveniently arranged for easy viewing.

Books
Over 4,000 books on art, antiques, furniture, poetry, history, movies, opera, classic literature, New Hampshire and New England history, children, decorating, and many multi-volume sets. 95% are 20th Century and earlier.

Art
Traditional and contemporary original art and prints, most framed and ready to hang. Japanese woodblock prints, bronze and composite sculpture and ephemera.

Furniture
Chairs, tavern tables and other smaller furniture. No repurposed or painted furniture.

Smalls
Lighting, kitchen utensils, tools and bottles.

Pricing
Priced to sell! Prices are reasonable and many dealers shop here. No sales tax in NH!
